If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is lost in transit, please contact our team  as soon as possible with your order details and any relevant photos. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’d love to hear from you. Our team can offer guidance on how best to enjoy your product, suggest alternative serves, or assist with a suitable resolution — which may include a refund or replacement depending on the situation.

As our products are consumable, we’re generally unable to accept returns of opened items.
