Transport your senses to a sun-soaked isle with this curated Mai Tai set. Inspired by Trader Vic’s 1940s tiki classic, it delivers the depth, balance and vibrant flavour of a traditional rum cocktail, just without the alcohol.
For a classic Mai Tai briefly shake 1 oz Dark Rum Alternative, 1 oz White Rum Alternative, 1 oz Orange Sec, 1 oz fresh lime juice, 0.25 oz almond syrup and 0.25 oz white sugar syrup (1:1) with ice. Strain into a glass with fresh ice.

Bright, zesty citrus lifts from the glass first, followed by layers of tropical fruit and gently toasted spice. On the palate, notes of fresh lime and orange mix with soft almond sweetness, while White Rum Alternative adds light oak and sugar-cane character. Dark Rum Alternative brings depth and warmth.
