Originally titled El Cubano, this mojito-style classic hails from New York’s Pegu Club. With Lyre’s White Rum Alternative, bitters and sparkling wine, it’s a fresh, festive serve made for every dinner party.
For a classic Old Cuban shake 2 oz Rum Alternative, 0.5 oz lime juice, 0.5 oz sugar syrup, 8 mint leaves and 2 dashes aromatic bitters with ice. Fine strain into glass. Add Classico slowly.
